We ship across India, free of charge, on every order. This page explains how long delivery takes, how to track your parcel, and what we need from you to get it to your door first time.
Shipping cost
Free shipping on all orders, anywhere in India. There is no minimum order value and no handling charge added at checkout.
Delivery times
Once dispatched, orders generally arrive within:
- 3 to 4 business days in metro cities
- 5 to 7 business days for the rest of India
Delivery times vary with your location, public holidays, extreme weather and other conditions outside our control.
Tracking your order
You will receive a courier tracking number once your order is confirmed and dispatched. Use it on the courier’s website to follow your parcel. If tracking has not updated for more than 48 hours, contact us and we will chase it for you.
Pre-shipment inspection
Every order is inspected before it is packed and handed to the courier. We check the product and the seal, so what leaves our warehouse is what you expect to receive.
Delivery attempts
Our courier partners try to reach you several times before a parcel is marked NDR (Non-Delivery Report) — usually through IVR calls, WhatsApp, SMS and a manual phone call. The most common reasons for a failed delivery are an incorrect address, an incorrect mobile number, or nobody being available at the location.
Please double-check your name, full address with PIN code, mobile number and email address at checkout, and try to be available when the courier arrives.
Undelivered parcels
