This Privacy Policy explains how Khaad Agro (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and discloses your personal information when you visit khaad.in or buy from us. - Shared with: WooCommerce (our store platform), PayU (payment processing) and our courier partners.
Customer support information
- What we collect: your name, contact details and the content of your enquiry.
- Why: to answer your question and resolve issues with your order.
- How: provided by you by email, phone or WhatsApp.
We do not sell your personal information.
Payment information
Payments are processed by PayU. We do not store your full card details on our servers — card data is handled by the payment gateway under its own security standards.
Sharing your information
We share personal information with the service providers who help us run the business — our store platform, payment gateway and delivery partners — only to the extent needed to fulfil your order.
